Building Resilience – ‘Hardiness in Upheaval’

04.10.2018 12:25 - 12:55, Forum 3
Resilience is the capacity to withstand changes and to act in ways that allow us to endure. We will explore the power of Resilience as a way of overcoming uncertainty, and how we can self-assess our own capabilities to further develop them, especially in the workplace.

During our time, we will:

Explore the elements and capacities that make up resilience

Assess our level of resilience in various circumstances

Evaluate the impact our resilience has on the decisions and actions we take.
