Curriculum vitae
Prior to this, Daniel spent 15 years in corporate covering various domains from decision support, financial controlling to sales and marketing, holding positions as Director and ExCo member. After his corporate career, he devoted his attention and passion to entrepreneurial ventures and coaching, where he went on to found and direct Le News, an Anglophone media for Switzerland, and then spearheaded the set-up and successful expansion of the Centre for Coaching in Europe.
In addition to his coach training & certification as well as masterclasses through the Centre for Coaching (Cape Town) and New Ventures West (San Francisco), he has a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry & Computer Science) and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) (Univ. of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg). His passion and talent for developing others lead him to also be a teacher and mentor on the coach training programmes run by the Centre for Coaching. He is certified through the ICF (Professional Certified Coach).
Outside of professional interests, Daniel enjoys spending time alpine ski touring, on mindfulness and self-development. Being out in nature energises him (hiking, golf, tennis, gardening) as well as spending time with his wife and two wonderful children.
