Exhibition Catalogue
2.500 copies of the exhibition catalogue are printed and handed out for free to all visitors of Salon RH at the entrance to the exhibition. It contains a short overview of the seminars, the list of exhibitors in alphabetical order, the index directory and the hall plan. Even long after the exhibition it is the most important source of information in print. Being a concise and reliable tool for research it serves as a reference book to many decision makers all year round. The exhibition catalogue helps you find the right partner for any task – quick and easy. The exhibition catalogue is published on the first day of the exhibition.

Systematic product index
The entry in the systematic product index is one of the most important tool for your customer/clients paying attention to you. Watching the exhibition's catalogue visitors will find more information about the exhibitors and their products and services. If you are missing in the systematic product index, customer/clients may contact your competitor. Without product index registry you will not be found by a product-related search.

Company's profile
With your registration fee the registry in the exhibition's catalogue at the alphabetical exhibitior's list is included. Above your company contact details will be the logo of your company (in grey scales). Furthermore you will have the opportunity to present more details about your company or to refere to your products.

Lanyards for the visitor's
Every visitor will get a visitor's pass which allows him/her to enter the exhibition. The pass is attached to a lanyard. You can deliver the lanyards with your company's name printed on them to us. This is an exclusive opportunity that can only be offered to one exhibitor.

Exhibition Journal
83.000 copies of the exhibition journal are printed and distributed via direct mailing and as supplements in trade magazines. The exhibition journal contains HR news and trends, articles, the list of exhibitors, hall plans as well as a short version of the programme at the practical forums. On every exhibition journal there is an access code, which allows visitors of Salon RH to attend the exhibition at a reduced price.

Invitation Tickets
Both the virtual and the printed tickets also serve as invitation tickets. They can be used for inviting customers to your stand.
They entitle the ticket holder to one free entry to the exhibition and to the Practical forums.
Please note that the tickets allow the holder to register online in order to reduce the waiting time for your customers considerably.

Special-Price Tickets
The virtual and printed special-price tickets entitle your customers to the visit of the exhibition at a reduced price of CHF 15 - instead of the regular price of CHF 25.
